It is the only double-layer multi-ply rope braider in the country made by imported advanced equipment and technology from Germany. With full-automatically computerized operation program, unique braided structure and excellent technology, it can rise up synthetic performance of rope and cable over 15% and has advantages of low elongation, wearing resistance, pliable toughness and simple operation, therefore it is well received by customers both at home and abroad, and is an upgraded one and the best substitution of current 3-ply and 8-ply rope and cable braiders. It was honorably won the certificates of “State-level New Product” and “Jiangsu Province High-Tech Product” as well as the patent certificate from the state intellectual property bureau (No. of certificate 2003201201611).

The products are mainly used in fields of naval vessels, ships, ocean transportation, sea petroleum, mining operation, fishing etc.     

Jiuli brand chemical fiber ropes, manufactured by adopting international standards and fully automatic machines and equipments, are full series of products and have full range of specifications. The major products include polyamide fiber series, polypropylene, polyester, resin series, UHMWPE, etc. The products in terms of structure include 3-ply, 4-ply, 6-ply, 8-ply, 12-plyand 48-ply (double-layer braided) with the diameters ranging between 4mm and 146mm for your option. The company has been developed nylon single coarse filament developed by her (which can march with Atlas); compound ropes, composite ropes and core-coated ropes, and has patents for these products. The company has had technological exchange with national authoritative rope research institutes for many times, and has participated in the drafting of relevant standards. In 2003, the conference for the drafting and examination of the national  standards for ropes was held in the company.
